The service
LittleSteps OS is childcare centre management software: rosters, ratios, daily logs, staffing, and billing tools. You're responsible for the accuracy of what your staff enter and for complying with your own jurisdiction's licensing regulations — the ratio numbers we seed for you are a starting point, reviewed and editable by you, never legal advice.
Billing
$99/month per site after your first month at $1. Billing is monthly, cancel any time from your account — no long-term contract required.
Your data
You own the data you enter. We act only as your data processor — see our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your centre's data on request.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Keep your own backup process for anything safety-critical (e.g. printed emergency contact lists) until you've built confidence in your workflow.
Changes
We'll post updates to these terms here; continued use after a change means you accept it.
